We use a Hire-on-Performance program to determine candidates. The Hire-on-Performance program allows you to “try before you buy”. You may also terminate the program at any point if our candidate does not meet your standards.
Our recruiters provide candidates that are not available through traditional recruiting methods. We do this by providing passive candidates that are not available on the open job market. Because of our long standing reputation, we can provide you a competitive advantage by finding top producers others are unable to find on your own.
Using a combination of employee assessments, behavioral based interviewing, skill tests, reference, background and drug tests, we ensure that our employees meet only the highest standards. Although screening is done to allow you to have the best placement within your company, there is no obligation to hire the candidates.
Graham can save you time and money with our Payroll Service Program. Call us with your candidate’s name, job description, pay rate and start date. We will take care of all the paperwork and cover the applicant’s hourly pay, payroll taxes 9including worker’s compensation), unemployment taxes, FICA and SUTA. You may place the candidate on your permanent payroll at any time with no additional cost or continue on Graham’s payroll though our service for as long as necessary.
