Before Graham Personnel Services (GPS) sends an employee to a company for an interview or assignment, we use a proven process to ensure a perfect fit, both for the company and the employee, each time. Each employee receives a thorough interview, evaluation and orientation.
For prescreening purposes, we ask each job applicant to provide appropriate identification. We then obtain job history and training along with an understanding of each candidate’s desired employment. Based on the initial interview process, the applicant is directed to the most appropriate industry-based division: Clerical/Administrative, Medical/Dental, Light Industrial, Data Processing, Accounting, Permanent Placement or Technical.
At Graham Personnel Services (GPS), we have access to over 2,000 of the latest software evaluation technology programs available, enabling us to quickly and accurately determine applicant skill levels in a myriad of fields. We can also create customized screening evaluation tools to provide the best staffing solutions for even the most challenging positions. We are equally adept at serving as a temporary staffing agency or identifying a candidate with unique skills for a permanent position.
Our clerical applicants, for instance, are given an in depth written evaluation that includes math, alpha/numeric
sequence comparison, files coding, spelling, grammar and punctuation. Using industry-standard PROVE IT!, the
comprehensive PC-based evaluation and skills enhancement system, we accurately and quickly assess each clerical applicant’s typing and alpha/numeric data entry abilities.
