-Selections SELECTION CRITERIA Prior to a Graham & Associates employee being sent to an assignment, thorough interviewing, evaluation and orientation procedures are conducted. An applicant ID prescreened to determine previous employment or training and type of employment desired. The applicant is then directed, based on the information gathered during this "mini interview", to the division most likely to be of assistance: Clerical/Administrative, Medical/Dental, Light Industrial, Data Processing, Accounting, Permanent Placement or Technical. EVALUATIONS A Clerical Division applicant is given an in depth written evaluation covering math, alpha/numerical sequence comparison, files coding, spelling, grammar and punctuation. Each applicant is given a typing and alpha/numeric data entry evaluation using QWIZ, the comprehensive PC based evaluation/skills enhancement system. Additional evaluations are administered as indicated by experience and training. With Graham & Associates, you are guaranteed the latest technology available. Through recent upgrades, we now have the capability of evaluating forty different software programs. We can also customize evaluations to fit our client's specific requirements. Using speed and accuracy standards expected from your permanent data entry staff at your business; we can customize in our system so that it will immediately indicate if an applicant is qualified for your assignment.
