Should you decide to try one of our candidates, with no obligation to hire, simply call and let us know. You may place our candidate on your permanent payroll after an allotted number of hours are worked on Graham & Associates payroll at a prearranged bill rate. If at any time during the temporary period you decide to place them on your payroll, inquire about our liquidation. Otherwise, continue testing them in on-the-job situations. It is your option to terminate our hire-on-performance program at any point during the temporary period if our candidate does not meet your standards of performance.
