GREENSBORO, NC- Graham Personnel Services (GPS), an award-winning national full-service staffing firm, is pleased to announce that Phil Janik has joined the firm as the Director of Recruiting. Phil is an experienced staffing & recruitment professional with a demonstrated history of working in the industrial, distribution, and manufacturing industries. He is well versed in customer relationship management, light industrial, skilled trades, office, professional, technical recruiting, staffing services, sales, and management.
Phil has been in the staffing industry for over 12 years and has helped support a $100,000,000 staffing company with his specialty on the recruiting side of the business. He has helped support 6 branches full of recruiters covering multiple states. In his role at GPS, Phil will play a key part in helping the company grow and expand. He will also assist in further developing the recruiting processes and functions that are in place.
Phil received an AA degree in Accounting from College of Lake County and a BA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Carthage College. Phil recently moved his wife and son down from Wisconsin to Greensboro, NC. In his free time, you can catch Phil on the golf course, working on cars/motorcycles, or spending time with his family.
