GREENSBORO- Graham Personnel Services (GPS), an award-winning national full-service staffing firm, is pleased to announce that GPS has been named one of the 2020 Best Places to Work by Triad Business Journal (TBJ), for the fourth year in a row!
This year, TBJ is announcing the winners by category. Categories include micro (10-24 employees), small (25-49), medium (50-99), large (100-299) and x-large (300+). The winners cover a myriad of industries, including real estate, life sciences, legal, finance, and technology. Graham is a winner in the small category!
To determine the Best Places to Work, Triad Business Journal solicited nominations, and those companies were surveyed by Omaha, Nebraska-based research firm Quantum Workplace. The survey requires a minimum level of employee participation and evaluates criteria such as compensation, benefits, feeling valued and trust in senior leaders. To be considered finalists, companies had to achieve a minimum cumulative score of 85. The finalists were divided by size category based on number of employees working in the Triad.
“Employees are the lifeblood of any company,” TBJ Publisher Jason Christie said. “These 50 companies have demonstrated belief that happy employees produce successful and thriving businesses.”
TBJ honored all the winners in a special section in its Sept. 11 weekly subscriber edition. On October 8 at 10 AM, TBJ will reveal the winning companies and the finalists in a virtual awards ceremony. Click here for more information about the event.
