Surge in Economic Optimism among CEOs Means More Hiring and Investments on the Way

PRNewswire (03/24/21) Economic optimism rose in the first quarter among small and midsize businesses, according to a survey of 1,579 chief executive officers by Vistage, a CEO coaching and peer advisory organization. Economists Predict Large Increase in Jobs in March

Bloomberg (03/29/21) Economists project that March had a large increase in employment as vaccinations increased and economic activity picked up, Bloomberg reported. The median estimate in a Bloomberg survey of economists is for payrolls to have risen by 643,000 and unemployment to have fallen to 6%.
