Gary Graham, Jr. is the President of Graham Personnel Services, a staffing and recruiting agency located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Graham Personnel Services is one of the largest privately-owned staffing firms in the Triad area and consistently has over 800 temporary employees on assignment per week, providing temporary, temp-to-direct hire, direct hire and payroll servicing solutions for both light industrial and professional staffing needs. The Light Industrial division of Graham Personnel Services hires for all jobs within manufacturing, distribution, warehouse and logistics. The Professional Division of Graham Personnel Services consists of administrative, accounting/finance, human resources, legal, and healthcare staffing solutions.

Graham Personnel Services had over 3,800 W-2 employees on assignment last year, recruited approximately 6,000 new applicants and manages a database of over 40,000 applicants for its services out of Greensboro, NC. Graham Personnel hires for 200 active clients in the Triad area of NC and directly recruited and filled 68 direct hire roles in 2018. GPS has had revenue growth of 469% since its formation in 2009.

Gary Graham, Jr. is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he earned his business degree. Gary served on the board of The North Carolina Association of Staffing Professionals from 2000-2005, where he was honored as the 2001 Placement Professional of the Year and served as Membership Chairman in 2005. He is also a member and past board member of The Greensboro Rotary Club. Gary served as the Chairman of Ducks Unlimited for three years and is a Board Member of North Carolina Wildlife Habitat Foundation. Gary was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina and now resides at Red Dog Farm in Summerfield with his wife, Garland and his son, Sully. In September 2006, Gary and Garland founded Red Dog Farm Animal Rescue Network, a non­profit animal rescue organization. The Grahams rehabilitate and foster numerous animals in need as well as their “permanent” pets, which include two dogs, three horses, two donkeys, a special needs cow, two goats, a pig, an emu and too many chickens to count.

Graham Personnel Services is a member of the American Staffing Association (ASA), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resource Management Association of Greensboro (HRMAG), Human Resource Management Association of High Point (HPHR), Alamance Community Resource Management Association (ACHRA), and Human Resource Management Association of Winston-Salem, where many of our team members serve as Board Chairs for our HR Partners.

Will Graham graduated from the University of North Carolina Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Human Resources. Will loves everything that focuses around hiring, employee engagement, HR, technology, staffing and driving value for his customers and candidates. He served as a board member for HRMAG (Human Resource Management Association of Greensboro) from 2007 to 2012 and became HRMAG’s youngest President of the association in 2011. HRMAG is one of the largest HR Associations in the United States and is directly affiliated with SHRM. Will has also served on the NC-SHRM state council. Will is passionate about the staffing industry and holds three staffing designations (TSC, CSP, CPC) which involve the best practices of hiring and HR legal compliance. Presently, Will is on the board of the American Staffing Association’s Industrial Section, ASA North Carolina Network Council and a board member of Staffing Connect East. In his free time, Will spends it with his family Ali and Dylan; he enjoys the outdoors, live music, hiking, hunting, and traveling.
