CEOs Say Retaining and Engaging Employees Remains Top Priority and Challenge for 2024

Retaining and engaging employees is the top priority of chief executive officers this year, according to a survey of 197 CEOs by Chief Executive. Sixty percent cited retaining and engaging employees—a higher proportion than the 57% who ranked retaining and engaging employees as their top priority two years ago, the last time the survey was conducted.
